Saturn Fractional Consultancy offers three options to resource your business change:

1. Pay-As-You-Use
This is an hourly rate by role required with no minimum purchase. You can buy one hour at a time if you wish.

2. Subscription/WorkPackage Model
This is a set period with a reduced Pay-As-You-Use hourly rate with a minimum purchase of 40 hours.Â

3. Retainer Model
This is a pay in advance and use as you need. You can switch, mix-n-match roles as needed based on hourly rate of each role.

SENIOR project manager - STRATEGIC & Tactical levelS
Senior Project Manager (SPM) have
a minimum of 10+ years of Program and/or Project delivery expereince.
All our SPMs deliver standardization and sophistication in the delivery of change. Planning, measuring performance and righting failing projects.
All our SPMs have deep histories in Canadian national and international clients, either turning around failing projects or laying the path to successful outcomes.
Project manager - Tactical & operational levels
Project Manager (PM) have a minimum of 5+ years of Agile and/or Waterfall project method experience.
All our PMs manage your change through agreed, tailored, specific project or suite of projects on a day-to-day, or as needed basis.
All our PMs have deep histories in Canadian national and international clients, using agreed applicable change methods or project approaches and are focused on successful outcomes.  Â
Functional Expert -Â FOR ALL PMO LEVELS, AS NEEDED
Functional Experts (FE) have a minimum of 10+ years specific skills and experience in your business area.
All our FEs are subject matter experts. Our fractional model provides combined FEs skills required to identify and recommend technical or operational change.
FEs provide answers to your business issues and mentoring for your staff's development. Our FEs are focused on solving your problems and providing successful outcomes.
